At Tango Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back on the field.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
